项目位于深圳龙华区大浪街道内，坐落于上早新村，原有场地为两栋相邻出租楼的一层店铺，改造设计范围是沿街公寓的一层。我们试图通过该项目重新定义“新青年社区”这一概念：由过去宿舍式的青年公寓单一功能向一个配套齐全、品质完善的居住社区转变，生活服务和文化交往功能在这类居住社区中变得越来越重要。

Located in Dalang Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, it is located in Shangzao New Village. The original site is a store on the first floor of two adjacent rental buildings, and the scope of renovation is the first floor of apartments along the street. We are trying to redefine the concept of "new youth community" through this project: from the single function of dormitory-style youth apartments to a fully furnished and complete residential community, the functions of life services and cultural exchanges have changed in this type of residential community. 室外区域放置“共享微棠站”，墙面设置品牌特色涂鸦灯箱，此处可以作为一个青年的休息充电站及社区中转站。

In the outdoor area, a "Shared Weitang Station" is placed, and the wall is equipped with brand-featured graffiti light boxes, which can be used as a youth rest charging station and a community transfer station.

私密、共享、是每个场景的最佳比例，这是项目从始自终的重要方面。巧妙的运营红色颜料去点缀空间，使得整体氛围为活泼及自由，同时也倡导了微棠的共享年轻社区概念。前台处连接功能，使得功能区域一条线化方便后期运营咨询。

Privacy, sharing, and the best proportion of each scene are important aspects of the project from beginning to end. The space cleverly operates red paint to decorate the space, making the space lively and free as a whole, and also advocates Weitang's concept of a shared young community. The front desk is connected to the functional space, making the functional area a line for later management and consultation.

▼ 咖啡吧台上空的照明设计采用穿孔金属板，通过光线不断的反射，在白天和夜晚都能形成丰富的光影效果。

The lighting design above the coffee bar uses perforated metal plates, and through the continuous reflection of light, it can form a rich light and shadow effect during the day and nigh.

打造创意共享社区

Create a creative sharing community

将共享社区概念导入大堂功能中，因此，在设计策略上，我们将两栋建筑的底层看成一个整体，分成公寓大厅、文创阅览、社群商业、运动休闲和共享办公这五个部分，并试图通过这几部分的功能融合塑造一个全方位的年轻人的生活场景。

The concept of shared community is introduced into the lobby function. Therefore, in the design strategy, we regard the ground floor of the three buildings as a whole, divided into five parts: apartment lobby, cultural and creative bookstore, community business, gourmet collection and shared office. And try to shape a full range of young people's life scenes through the integration of these parts.

将通往卫生间的门作为暗藏门使得墙面一体化，利用马赛克图案的抽象形成错落的盒子，改造为环廊书店，将墙形成开放的文创展示区。

The door leading to the bathroom is used as a hidden door to make the wall surface integrated, and the abstraction of mosaic elements is used to form scattered boxes, which are transformed into a gallery bookstore, and the wall forms an open cultural and creative display area.
